Owner Dale Degler walks the site and prices the job himself, and his family works the jobs with him. His storm and disaster debris work has taken him to Florida, Louisiana, Texas and the whole East Coast.

Every pad, from a commercial building pad to a house lot, is graded with Cat equipment running Trimble GPS or Trimble dual-slope laser systems. The machine holds the grade; the operator holds the plan.
